Return Policy

At Robert M. Sides our goal is to help you find the best solution to your musical needs. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the sale date. Please note the following requirements and exceptions to the 14-day period.

  • Exceptions: media/software, mouth-blown products, repair parts, non-portable keyboard products and recording devices are non-returnable.
  • Special orders of non-stocked merchandise and printed music are non-returnable.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Serialized merchandise & qualified special orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Restocking fees can also result if the item has damaged/missing accessories, packing materials/boxes or instruction manuals.

Refunds for cash or check purchases will be processed weekly by check from our main office. Refunds for credit card purchases can be processed at the store of purchase.

Warranties

Manufacturer's warranty through Robert M. Sides on all new products unless noted otherwise. Used products as noted on receipt by associate.

Shipping

All online orders $499 and up get free shipping. All other orders will ship for $6.95.

    Robert M. Sides has been in business since 1937 and is committed to maintaining our customer records and non-public personal and financial information in a confidential manner. From time to time we may use a third-party that assists us with “bulk rate” direct mail services for special Robert M. Sides promotions or vents. They receive a one-time use list of names and addresses and do not receive non-public information. We restrict access to non-public information to only those employees or agents who need to know in order to service your account or to confirm the terms of any musical instrument lease. You can contact any store manager if you have questions regarding your privacy rights or if want to restrict disclosure for special promotions or events.

  • We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including educational and maintenance content, product information, tips, tricks and request for reviews from us). By consenting to commercial text messages in Robert M. Sides Family Music Centers’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive additional recurring commercial text notifications in relation to your order, including without limitation text marketing offers and transactional texts, such as product information and offers and requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

    Our tool stores responses, purchase information, and links clicked to better personalize content we send. This information is used to determine when to send educational, product experience, and product recommendation messages via SMS.
