Robert M. Sides Family Music Center, a NAMM Top 100 Music Store, is accepting applications for a PART-TIME customer service associate in our Horseheads, NY location in the Arnot Mall. This position provides guidance and information regarding our products and services to customers in-person, as well as via phone, email, and webchat to make sure they have a great experience with our company. A background in playing or having played an instrument is helpful but not required.
