Shipping to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Orders received by 12:00 pm EST Mon - Fri will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Most orders ship within 1 - 2 buesiness days. 

*Shipping may take longer if item is only in stock in one of our non-shipping locations. We will contact you if shipping will be delayed. 

All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

Return Policy

At Robert M. Sides our goal is to help you find the best solution to your musical needs. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the sale date. Please note the following requirements and exceptions to the 14-day period.

  • Exceptions: media/software, mouth-blown products, repair parts, non-portable keyboard products and recording devices are non-returnable.
  • Special orders of non-stocked merchandise and printed music are non-returnable.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Please contact us by calling/texting 570-326-2094 or by emailing [email protected] for any shipping returns.
  • Serialized merchandise & qualified special orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Restocking fees can also result if the item has damaged/missing accessories, packing materials/boxes or instruction manuals.

Refunds for cash or check purchases will be processed weekly by check from our main office. Refunds for credit card purchases can be processed at the store of purchase.

The AFTER THE "H" Book volumes have been written in response to requests from teachers who have raised the question of what to do with students after they have finished the "H" Book of the JOHN W. SCHAUM PIANO COURSE. They are in the nature of a Post-Graduate Course and are designed to widen the pupil's musical horizon and to expand his technical development beyond the "H" Book degree of proficiency. However the student should not be give the impression that after completing these books he has arrived. He/She should know that the greatest pianists are eternal students and always are aspiring toward further self-improvement. Piano study is like life itself; it needs constant nourishment to thrive. These books supply musical vitamins that will enrich the pupil's pianistic ability. The material approximately Grade 6. Book II is approximately Grade 6 1/2.
