Department of Music, Theater, and Dance

 

 

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce a special piano sale on campus to benefit Marywood’s Department of Music, Theater, and Dance March 16th,17th and 18th in the Latour Room of the Nazareth Student Center, Scranton. This event is part of an ongoing partnership with Steinway & Sons, Roland Corporation, and Robert M. Sides Family Music Centers.


Now is the best time for you to own the piano of your dreams, while supporting a worthwhile cooperative music program. The sale will include new, used, restored, demo and discontinued Steinway, Boston, Essex, Yamaha and Kawai pianos, as well as Roland and Yamaha digital pianos. All pianos will have heavily discounted prices and a FREE Player System is included with the purchase of any Steinway or Boston grand. Factory representatives and piano experts will be on site to assist you with your selection.


These pianos will be offered to alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends at reduced prices before being sold to the general public. All pianos have been professionally maintained by Robert M. Sides Family Music Centers, the regional Steinway & Roland representative, who will provide on-site financing, delivery, and follow-up technical services.

Two ways to take advantage of this sale!


1. Attend the Private Appointment Sale by calling (570) 567-4053 to schedule an appointment. The Pre-Sale is Thursday and Friday, March 16th and March 17th. Selection will be limited by prior sales, so an early appointment is suggested.  An online piano inventory can be emailed at your request to view the sale inventory now.


2. You may also Attend the Public Sale of these instruments in the Latour Room of the Nazareth Student Center on Saturday, March 18th, from 12 noon – 5 p.m. on our campus. For directions, click here or call (570) 567-4053.
